1. Check if the displayed time is within your work time (Event 1 on - Event 1 off)
2. If there is a symbol on the display, press the center button quickly before turning on the diffuser

Why does the scent become smaller after long-time use?

The atomizer head may need maintenance. Follow these steps: 1. Add alcohol to the bottle without any oil 2. Let the machine work for 40 minutes (300s work/5s pause) 3. Pour off the alcohol and add your oil

Why is my diffuser leaking oil?

Check if the bottle is tightly secured while the diffuser is working. Also, inspect the rubber seal for any damage or looseness.

How much oil does this diffuser consume?

The oil consumption is fixed at 5ml/h, so there is no need to calculate it yourself.

Some tips 1 1. When you receive the diffuser, it is normal to smell the scent as it was tested with oil before shipping. 2. The diffuser needs to be set up with the correct work time, either on the display or through the app. If the country time is not set within the work time, the diffuser will not work. Please note that this does not mean the diffuser is defective. 3. Please download our app: Scent Tech, enable bluetooth, and select "Bluetooth" on the app to successfully configure the connection.

Some tips 2 1. The light on the diffuser does not affect its functionality. The upper light indicates whether the diffuser is working or on pause (red for pausing, green for working). The lower button shows the oil level in the bottle (red when low, green when enough). 2. To connect the diffuser to an HVAC system, use a plastic tube with a joint connector. The scent outlet head can be removed by rotating it. 3. If the diffuser works for a few seconds and then pauses, it is not defective. You have set a continuous work time/pause time of 5-300 seconds.
